Vendor Registration

Can’t make it to the conference in person? Connect with the Commonwealth from afar! Get complete digital access to all junior and senior audition materials, portfolios, and contact details to build your recruitment network remotely.

Festival Registration

Ready to put your art on stage? Secure your production's place in the spotlight. (Note: Individual participant

passes are purchased separately from Festival Registration).

High School One-Act Festival Entry ($225): Share your talents on a grand scale, receive invaluable
growth-oriented feedback from theatre professionals, and compete for the prestigious opportunity
to represent Virginia at the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC).
Middle School Festival Entry ($225): Showcase your program's creativity, collaborate with fellow
young artists, and celebrate the joy of live performance in a supportive, high-energy festival environment.

Full Conference Passes (All-Access)

Every full conference pass includes a year-long VTA membership and complete access to all workshops, masterclasses, panel discussions, shows, and events!

Educators & Adults

Adult Full Conference Pass ($150): Your all-access key to professional development, networking, and
phenomenal theatre. (Reminder: All schools competing in the Festival must have at least one registered Adult
Full Conference Pass holder).
College Student Pass ($50): A deeply discounted all-access pass to help undergraduate and graduate
students bridge the gap into the professional theatre world.

Students & Chaperones

High School Student Pass ($140): Unleash your potential! Includes full conference access PLUS
one entry into a $20 competitive add-on event of your choice for free!
Middle School Student Pass ($125): The ultimate time for young artists. Includes all-access entry,
one free entry into a $20 competitive add-on, and admission to a legendary Middle School Pizza
Party on Saturday night!
Chaperone Passes (Free or $80):
- The 10:1 Reward: To celebrate our amazing schools, get 1 FREE Chaperone Pass for every
  10 students registered!
- Additional Chaperones ($80): Deeply discounted passes for your extra rockstar support.
- Perk Alert: Chaperones get front-of-line priority access to cheer on their school's main
- festival show! (Note: Chaperones are expected to accompany students through events; front-of-line perks do not apply to the Top 6).

VTA For A Day

Short on time but big on theatre? Jump in for a day of inspiration.

Adult Day Pass ($70): Pick your passion! Full single-day access for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
Student Day Pass ($50): Single-day access to incredible workshops and events for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

The ultimate single-day trip for local groups and classes!

Includes 2 Adult Day Passes and 10 Student Day Passes bundled together to give your students a taste of the magic.

Public Tickets & Single Performance Passes

Single Show Pass ($15): Want to catch a specific production in the Secondary Division Festivals? Grab this pass to get an exclusive wristband that lets you skip the queue and go straight to the front of the line for that show!
Top 6 Festival Pass ($25):The main event. Watch the absolute best of the high school one-acts leave it all on the stage. One flat price grants you entry to the Top 6 Theatre to see any or all of the top six productions. Sold exclusively on-site at the conference welcome area!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request an invoice?

YES - You will fill out your entire registration form and at the end when it asks for payment, you will click the invoice option and receive an email with an invoice for your records. All conference payments are due by October 20th. You will not be allowed to pick up your conference materials at the welcome area until you have paid in full. All payments submitted after October 20th, 2026 will incur a $100 late fee.

We are paying by check. Who do we make it out to? Where do we send it?

Checks should me made out to “Virginia Theatre Association” and mailed to P.O. Box 72878, North Chesterfield, VA 23235

I’m a proud parent or guardian, and I'm not attending the full conference. Can I attend the Saturday Night Award Ceremony? Do I need a ticket?

No ticket required—we would love to have you celebrate with us! The Saturday Night Award Ceremony is an open, high-energy celebration of everything our students have achieved.

Because space is tight, we want to make sure the competing students, their directors, and their hard-working chaperones can sit together as a team. We kindly ask that guests without conference badges allow our participants to find their seats first. General public seating will be open toward the back of the house—giving you a fantastic view to cheer your heart out when your student's school takes the stage!
