Q: Can I pay for my stay with a check? A: Yes! Please mail your check to the hotel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. To help the hotels process your payment smoothly, be sure to include the guest's full name that’s on the reservation and confirmation number on the memo line. If you have multiple confirmation numbers, please indicate that on a separate document included with your check.

Q: When should I send my check? A: If you are checking in on October 21st, send your check by October 14th, October 22nd = October 15th, October 23rd = October 16th, etc.

Q: Do I need a credit card to make a reservation? A: Yes, a credit card is required to secure your booking. However, your card will not be charged when you make the reservation.

Q: Can I pay with a different credit card or payment method when I arrive? A: Absolutely. You can pay with a different card or alternative payment method at check-in. If you choose to pay by check instead, just remember to mail it at least 15 days before your check-in date.
